The State of Texas mandates that students' immunization records be up to date and students will be excluded from school if they do not get the required shots.

Additional immunizations are required upon entering the 7th Grade.  Please keep this in mind this school year as you visit the doctor and have the opportunity to receive these immunizations.  Please send updated immunization documentation as soon as possible. (Remember to keep a copy for yourself.)   Notices will be sent home to all 6th-grade students who haven't received these shots by the end of April of that school year.  These mandated immunizations are required before we can give your child their 7th-grade schedule next year.  If you have any questions, please contact the clinic.
