Alief ISD Career and Technical Education Department strives to create a district-wide culture of unique learning environments where students are empowered to identify, select, and pursue career pathways. Alief students develop transferable skills that lead to successful transitions into post-secondary career and college opportunities.
CTE Mission
Alief ISD Career and Technical Education Department designs educational opportunities for students which foster a culture of exploration and discovery while meeting the needs of a diverse student population. Industry aligned curriculum and highly qualified staff provide students with opportunities to pursue career pathways that meet their personal interests. Through guidance and advisement, students create personalized plans to explore careers, industry certifications, internships, and college credit while in high school.
