The 2023-2024 salary schedule has been approved by the board. Alief ISD's new teacher's starting salary for the 2023-2024 school year is $62,000. The 2024-2025 salary schedule is pending school board approval.
The certified teacher referral stipend is $1,000 for any content-certified classroom teacher that has never been employed by Alief prior. At this time, there isn't a referral for associate teacher.

We recommend calling the HR receptionist first as we may be able to answer your question over the phone, therefore saving you a trip to HR.
