We are excited to announce that the Alief Children Interacting Afterschool Program will host its 10th Annual Market Day event on Saturday, January 25, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Alief Middle School. The Market Day event, part of our Entrepreneurship Program, aims to introduce students to financial literacy and provide them with knowledge about business practices. Participating students will experience the challenges and opportunities of entrepreneurship, marketing, and money management. They will operate their own “stores,” using their skills in buying, selling, spending, and saving. Students, parents, community members, district and campus staff are invited to attend this event.
